ومن المقرر أن يشارك منتخب مصر الأولمبي في دورة غرب آسيا بالسعودية خلال الفترة من 18 إلى 26 مارس المُقبل، في إطار استعدادات الفراعنة للمشاركة في دورة الألعاب الأولمبية باريس 2024.

وتضم البطولة 8 منتخبات أولمبية هي: مصر والسعودية والعراق والأردن والإمارات وتايلاند وأستراليا وكوريا الجنوبية.
وعلم بطولات، أن ميكالي استقر على تقديم معسكر منتخب مصر الأولمبي ليوم 14 مارس الجاري.
ويأتي ذلك القرار بسبب التعديلات التي أجريت على جدول الدوري، ولذلك قرر ميكالي تقديم موعد المعسكر لتحقيق أكبر استفادة ممكنة.
يذكر، أن منتخب مصر الأولمبي تأهل إلى أولمبياد باريس 2024، بعدما احتل المركز الثاني في بطولة كأس أمم إفريقيا تحت 23 عامًا، التي أقيمت بالمغرب.
Viktor Gyokeres is fast becoming embroiled in one of the transfer sagas of the summer.
The Coventry City striker scored 21 goals in 49 league appearances last season as the Sky Blues marginally missed out on promotion to the Premier League.
Having been linked with a number of top-flight teams since last month's play-off final loss to Luton Town, Gyokeres has supposedly told Coventry that he wants to move on this summer.
However, Burnley appear unlikely to win the race for his signature, with the Clarets' interest said to be elsewhere at this moment in time as they seek a new striker.
But that is not necessarily a bad thing for Vincent Kompany's men. After all, there is a player potentially on the market who Kompany will know well, and can be signed with far less stress than it will take to get the Gyokeres agreement over the line.
Who is Genk attacker Mike Tresor Ndayishimiye?
Relatively unknown outside of Belgium, Ndayishimiye's stock rose last season when being crowned the best player in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League.
The 24-year-old enjoyed a superb campaign for Genk, in which he assisted a staggering 24 goals and scored eight of his own in 39 league appearances. With figures like that – in Belgium or not – the versatile attacking midfielder is as creative as they come.

It's also hardly a surprise, therefore, that he has attracted the interest of those in England, with the player himself recently revealing his delight that Kompany "appreciates" his qualities.
Used predominantly on the left of midfield, Ndayishimiye averaged 0.66 assists per 90 minutes last season, as per FBref. To give that some context, no player to have featured more than five times in the Championship managed a figure higher than 0.50 last season.
For those quick to dismiss the Belgian top flight, Global Football Rankings rates Genk near enough on a par with Burnley in terms of accumulative player quality.
As a wide player, Ndayishimiye has been known to 'torment' defenders, as Breaking the Lines reporter Tom Quartly put it, and that was also the case at former club Willem II.
Indeed, including his final season in Eredivisie and two seasons in Belgium, the Antwerp-born attacker has averaged 0.41 0.54 and 0.66 assists per 90 minutes across the past three years.
Sustaining those numbers in the Premier League will be tough, but Burnley certainly have players – even without Gyokeres – who can feed off the type of service Ndayishimiye can provide from out wide.
Top scorer Nathan Tella, for example, scored 17 goals last season from an expected goals (xG) value of 10.3. It remains to be seen if Tella will stay on at Turf Moor, but whoever leads the line for the Clarets will reap the rewards.
Having already turned to his native Belgium to bring in Josh Cullen, Vitinho, Manuel Benson, Anass Zaroury and Ameen Al-Dakhil, do not be surprised to see Kompany take a punt on a player potentially available for a bargain £4m this summer.

Victoria allrounder Daniel Christian has questioned the wisdom of Cricket Australia’s tinkering with domestic cricket, declaring that Sheffield Shield cricketers are being treated as “guinea pigs”.This season, ex-players and commentators have expressed concern at a perceived “devaluing” of the Shield competition through measures such as Test players being substituted out mid-match, and the use of multiple types of balls. The 10 Shield rounds this summer include two played with pink Kookaburra balls, three with red Kookaburras, and five with Dukes balls later in the season.”We’re guinea pigs,” Christian said in an interview with Gideon Haigh in the . “It’s first-class cricket. Last season we had a game where Chris Tremain bowled like the wind in the first innings, then we subbed in James Pattinson in the second innings who did the same.”This season we’re using four different kinds of balls. When they’re trying to get blokes ready for Test cricket and talking about them banging out 1000-run years, it’s ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous.”The first-class competition is not the only part of Australia’s domestic cricket scene that has been altered in recent years. This summer was the second in which the Matador Cup featured the Cricket Australia XI as a seventh side, made up of young players who had not managed to squeeze into any of the six state squads.”They’re not trying to win the Matador Cup. They’re trying to do well for themselves,” Christian said. “I don’t think it’s a good concept at all. If players are good enough they’re going to be in the state teams anyway. They might win one every so often if someone has a day out. Otherwise they’ll get flogged every game.”The Cricket Australia XI have won only one of their 12 Matador Cup matches from the past two seasons, a three-run victory over Tasmania last year. Tottenham are now on the verge of a deal to sign Dejan Kulusevski from Juventus, according to reports in Italy.
How much did Kulusevski cost?
Kulusevski joined the Lilywhites in January 2022 for a loan fee of roughly £8m with an 18-month duration set on his temporary stay. The Sweden international’s move also reportedly included an option to buy, set at around £30m (BBC).
However, that buy option was far from set in stone, with doubts emerging in recent weeks and months due to loss of form and injuries keeping the 23 year-old out of the team for large parts of this season. He played just over 2,000 Premier League minutes this term, scoring twice and providing seven assists (Transfermarkt).
Indeed, reports this week had even suggested the deal was essentially off, with The Chronicle claiming a move had “fallen through” and the player was now being offered around to new suitors.
The saga now seems to have taken another twist, with a report from Sport Italia, via Sport Witness, instead saying the deal is now all but complete. According to their information, a permanent move is “one step away” from being finalised and Kulusevski “will” join Tottenham for good.
It is not clear how much the deal will cost, but Sport Witness believe there could be a slight discount on the original clause set in his loan contract.
How many goals has Kulusevski scored?
There’s absolutely no question Daniel Levy and Ange Postecoglou are making the right move by bringing back Kulusevski as the new boss’ first summer signing. In 48 top flight appearances for the Lilywhites, he’s bagged seven goals and 15 assists, meaning he’s directly contributing to a goal nearly once every two matches.
Capable of playing in a truly remarkable eight different positions across the midfield and attack, the young playmaker, dubbed a “perfect player” for Tottenham by Antonio Conte and “pure class” by Garth Crooks, provides Postecoglou with a reliable source of end product outside of the over-reliance on Harry Kane and Son Heung-min. His versatility also adds depths in multiple positions at once and offers Postecoglou more options to shift formations and systems around, knowing he has a fluid and intelligent player capable of making an impact wherever he is on the pitch.
Make no mistake about it, this is an excellent start to the summer transfer window for the former Celtic boss, and perhaps they'll look to another loan-to-buy deal next with Clément Lenglet.

What is the latest on Kylian Mbappe?
Whenever the transfer window opens, an Mbappe transfer saga seemingly begins. This summer, the Frenchman has been linked with a move away from PSG once again after he revealed that he does not plan on extending his current contract and will, therefore, become a free agent next summer.
This means that if the Ligue 1 champions want to make some money from their star man, they will need to make a transfer happen either this summer or in January.
According to ESPN, Real Madrid, though cautious over a move, are hopeful that a deal could finally be done this summer. And The New York Times suggest PSG may be forced into selling their star this summer as to not lose him for free – so he’s essentially transfer listed and on the market, though would demand a fee of over £157m.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have been urged to drop their summer plans and go all out for Mbappe by Forbes’ Graham Ruthven. The forward could have ended up in North London as a youngster, as revealed by Arsene Wenger, who wanted him at Arsenal many years ago.
Whilst it would be a full circle moment for the Gunners to finally land Mbappe, however, it is Madrid in pole position.
